Since the weather has been warming up here in New York, I’ve been wearing my khaki suit more and more often. A cotton, linen or cotton-linen blend khaki suit is the perfect medicine to your summer sartorial blues, proving you with both a practical and stylish option. Unlike the beefier materials that make sense during the harsh conditions of the colder months, a season appropriate khaki suit is much cooler and far less insulated. That’s without even mentioning that the lighter shade reflects heat rather than taking it in like a navy or charcoal version would.
Every since moving out of my apartment on East 76th street, I rarely go back to the neighborhood. So for this shoot we decided to go back to the Upper East Side and surrounding areas. These photos are from around the entrance to Central Park on East 64th Street all the way up to East 70th Street.
